Welcome to Merie's Orlando Express (operated by Merie LLC). By using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided Merie’s Orlando Express provides professional transportation services, including: Airport Transfers – Safe and reliable rides to and from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and other nearby airports. Private Rides – Personalized transportation for individuals, families, and groups in the Greater Orlando area, including nearby Florida counties.

Service Restrictions: Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Only service animals as defined by the ADA are permitted. Passengers must adhere to all rules and guidelines for a safe and comfortable ride (see Section 4).

3. Booking and Payment Policies Booking Process: Reservations can be made through our website or by phone at (689) 261-3377. All bookings are subject to availability.

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards for payment. Cash payments are not accepted at this time.

Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours of the pickup time are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals & No-Show Policy: Airport Pickups – A 15-minute grace period is provided. After that, additional wait time fees may apply. Non-Airport Pickups – The driver will wait up to 15 minutes. If the passenger has not arrived or contacted us within that time, the ride is considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.

Changes & Rescheduling: We understand that travel plans can change. While we do not guarantee last-minute modifications, we strive to accommodate changes when possible. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, the standard cancellation policy applies.

4. Passenger Responsibilities Passenger Conduct: To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all passengers and drivers, the following conduct is expected: Passengers must wear seat belts at all times. Be respectful toward the driver and fellow passengers. Follow all local laws and regulations regarding passenger transport. Notify the driver immediately in case of any safety concerns.

Prohibited Behaviors: Merie’s Orlando Express maintains a zero-tolerance policy for the following: Smoking in the vehicle. Excessive intoxication or any behavior that endangers the driver or other passengers. Vandalism or damage to the vehicle. Illegal activity or possession of prohibited substances. Failure to comply may result in immediate service termination without a refund.

5. Company Responsibilities & Disclaimers Liability Disclaimer: We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for missed flights, events, or appointments due to circumstances beyond our control.

Limitations of Liability: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left in our vehicles. Please ensure you have all your belongings before leaving the vehicle. Passengers assume responsibility for their personal safety during transport.

6. Intellectual Property All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Merie LLC and is protected under copyright and trademark laws.

Restrictions on Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use of our brand name, logo, or service descriptions is strictly prohibited.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law All legal matters will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes or claims must be resolved in the courts of Orange County, FL. In the event of a disagreement, we encourage mediation before legal action.
